Company moves to new office location

Having opened their Cleveland location almost two years ago in October of 2020, the real estate company Tom Smith Land and Homes recently moved to a new address, 127 North Street. Growth precipitated the move, which took place three weeks ago, according to company broker/realtor, Tracey Bell.
“In our former space, agents were sharing office space and we are all pretty much on top of each other,” said Bell, who added the new building is one her family has owned for a number of years. “Everybody was ready for their own office and they each have that now.”
The new location is about 2300 square feet altogether, said Bell, which is 1500 square feet larger than their original locale.
“We knew it was time to move when three of our agents were working out of the same office,” laughed Bell. “And I was also having to share an office with someone myself, so it was time.” The Cleveland office has a total of six agents, she added. “We’ll all be more productive and happier with the new added space and room to work.”
“Business has really been great for us here out of the Cleveland location,” said Bell. “And, this month alone, we have fourteen new listings, which is outstanding. We’ll continue to be the best we can be and provide the high quality of service that Tom Smith Land and Homes are known for,” she said.
