Crosstie honors the late Amy Klein
The Crosstie Arts & Jazz Festival presented its 2021 Patron of the Year Award in the courtyard of the Delta Arts Alliance building. The Patron of the Year Award was started in 2018 in honor of the Sledge family and Nehi bottling for their many years of support of the Crosstie Arts & Jazz Festival.
This year’s recipient was given in memory of Amy Klein. Her husband, Jeremy accepted the award on her behalf.
Amy was a 1994 graduate of Cleveland High School. She later graduated from Delta State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She married her husband in 2010, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church where she was involved with the young adults and children ministries.
Amy served as member of the Crosstie Arts Council as well as Festival Chair. She was a proud member of Junior Auxiliary of Cleveland where she served as Chairman of Benefit Ball and the Executive Board. Amy continued her service in Mountain Home, AR where she served as President and Ex Officio, Chair of Food for Families, and JA Regional Chapter Support Coordinator.
